CTV's Ryan MacDonald reported via Twitter that the man driving the car involved in a fatal crash on Highway 125 last week believes the accident could have been prevented. He attempted to take his girlfriend to the North Sydney Hospital Emergency Room but says he was directed to go to Sydney. While en route, he says his car hydroplaned. The passenger died.
