Anglers in Cape Breton are still landing large striped bass. Last night, Brennan Redmond landed this 48-inch, 44 lb, 27-inch (girth) striper. It took him about 16 minutes to land. He posed for this great picture of his catch before releasing it. Once again, fresh mackerel as bait did the trick.
